Organic Yunnan Black:

The South China province of Yunnan is famous for its long history of tea making, specifically the large leaf variety, and is thought to be the origin of tea. Yunnan tea plants are known for their strength and resilience, growing at an elevation of 3,000-7,000 feet! This Yunnan black tea is made from blended tea leaves and tender buds. When brewed, it provides a beautiful, golden color and a smooth caramel, woodsy flavor. The original; it’s the perfect morning brew!

Jasmine Oolong:

Jasmine flower, originally native to the Persian Gulf, was imported to south China sometime before the third century AD. It didn’t take long for the discovery that Oolong tea scented with jasmine flowers was just too delicious not to become a staple of the Chinese tea tradition!

Organic Huangshan Mao Feng: 

Hailing from the cloudy and misty Mount Huangshan, one of China’s holy mountains, Mao Feng is unquestionably one of the most delicious of all green teas! Mao Feng translates as “Yellow Mountain Hair Tip” and is one of the country’s ten most famous ‘big leaf’ teas. A baked tea, it has a sparrow-tongue-like shape, silvery white fuzz, and once brewed, a golden liquor and refreshingly sweet mellow taste.

Organic Chamomile:

Chamomile is derived from the Greek khamai melon or “ground apple.” The best chamomile is said to come from Egypt. It has a long history of being used as a tisane, often to induce sleepiness. Chamomile’s history is steeped in lore. The ancient Egyptians held chamomile in such high regard they dedicated it to their highest deity and considered it “the only remedy for all agues (fevers).” It is perfect when winding down before sleep, inducing a relaxed and restful state. A calming cup of chamomile before bed is said to prevent nightmares.
